Efiscens places collaborative work at the heart of its actions, convinced that the strongest solutions arise from the complementarity of skills and experiences. We foster relationships based on listening, trust, and co-creation with partners, experts, and communities. As an African proverb says, " trees do not make a forest ." Sustainable success depends on shared effort.

Irène Sesmaisons

Irène Sesmaisons founded Efiscens in 2016. Senior expert and trainer (currently pursuing ICPF certification), she has delivered 3,500 hours of training (with a 95% satisfaction rate). Through Efiscens, she has collaborated with 40 partners and 50 organizations. Previously, she headed the Ensemble Foundation, the civil society department at the French Embassy in the U.S., enda Maghreb, and the grants department at Tostan. She published 5 books and serves on 2 boards and 3 projects selection comm

Taka 360

Efiscens has been working with the experts at Taka360 since 2025, in particular Gérès Ahognon, as part of their “Organizational Transformation” division. We help organizations transform themselves by aligning their strategies and operations to sustainably improve their performance.

Altai Consulting

Efiscens collaborates with Alice Leroy, Environment and climate expert, project director at Altai Consulting. Since 2024, we are involved in an evaluation/capitalization with PPI/IUCN and 11 CSOs in West Africa.

Stéphanie del Gaudio is a member of the Efiscens network of experts. We were trainers together at Bioforce for 6 years. Stéphanie supports Efiscens on HR issues (training, HR administration, reorganization, organization chart, HR procedures manual, etc.).

Alain Claude Kouadio

Mr. Kouadio specializes in fundraising and organizational development for CSOs. Since 2022, he has been the founder and lead consultant at Ancrage Conseil. He has collaborated with ASA and the AVSI Foundation in Niger, Côte d'Ivoire, the Central African Republic, and Mali. Mr. Kouadio is a member of the Efiscens network of experts.

Valery Yankep is a Wash specialist with more than 10 years of experience working for the Red Cross, IRC, MSF, and DRC in Niger, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Cameroon, and other countries. Mr. Yankep is a member of the Efiscens network of experts.

Atta Doumbia met Irène Sesmaisons during a “partnerships” training session in 2024. Ms. Doumbia is an expert and member of Efiscens' network of experts in Mali, specializing in support, consulting, and capacity building in financial management and accountability for CSOs. She has worked with ACF, among others.

Moussa Sacko is a senior MEAL expert. Mr. Sacko has led missions in Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso for Expertise France, Save the Children, ICCO, USAID, UNICEF, and others. Mr. Sacko is a member of ThegoodFeat and the Efiscens network of experts.

Eleonore Koffi Akissi is an expert in gender, inclusion, and community mobilization. She founded AmazoOndu Web in Côte d'Ivoire. She is the coordinator of the ACT Femmes project. Ms. Koffi is a member of the Efiscens network of experts.

Khadidiatou Toure

Khadi Touré is an expert in corporation' social and environmental responsability, communication and mobilisation of resources. She has worked for Africamobile, Nest for All, SFR, and NRJ Mobile Group, and SOS Village d'Enfants. Ms. Touré participated in some activities implemented by Efiscens from march to june 2026

Mays Dakhlil

Mays Dakhil works for HI in Tchad. She created the donor mapping tool developed for Social Change Factory in 2025.

Pauline Coquelin is Efiscens' graphic designer. She contributed to the book “Resource Mobilization by National NGOs,” our training catalog, our brochure, the website...

Hedwige Serot Almeras

Hedwige Serot Almeras is a strategy and sustainable development expert and a member of the Efiscens network of experts. She worked alongside Irène Sesmaisons on the JED/Strategy project in 2019. She helped create and subsequently oversee the “participatory organizational assessment” tool.

AFECTI

Irène Sesmaisons is member of Afecti since 2020 and member of the Board since 2022. Afecti brings together experts from Europe and Africa. Efiscens calls on this network to mobilize expertise from time to time.

Mostefa Ouki is a senior expert member of Afecti. In 2022, we collaborated on an assessment of the changes brought about within Caritas by the implementation of the APPROCHE
